Golf 2 Par LLC — Membership Terms & Conditions

1. Membership Overview

By enrolling in a membership with Golf 2 Par LLC (“Golf 2 Par,” “we,” “our,” or “the Company”), you (“Member” or “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Membership grants the Member access to Golf 2 Par indoor golf simulators and related facilities in accordance with the selected membership plan.

2. Monthly Recurring Payments

1. All memberships are billed on a recurring monthly basis using the payment method provided at the time of enrollment.
2. All memberships require a valid form of payment to be stored on file for the duration of the membership.
3. The monthly billing date will correspond to the date of initial sign-up unless adjusted by the Company.
4. The Member authorizes Golf 2 Par to automatically charge the stored payment method for each billing cycle until the membership is canceled in accordance with Section 4.
5. If a payment fails, Golf 2 Par may suspend access until the balance is paid in full. Repeated failed payments may result in membership termination.

3. Membership Access & Usage

1. Membership privileges vary depending on the tier or plan selected.
2. Memberships and credit hours are non-transferable and may only be used by the Member named on the account.
3. The Member must be physically present for any bay rental that uses membership hours or membership benefits as payment.
4. Members may use only one bay per rental session.
5. Additional bay rentals may be booked at the discounted member rate, provided the Member is present and the reservation is made under the Member’s account.
6. Golf 2 Par reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership without refund due to inappropriate behavior, violation of facility rules, intoxication, harassment, or damage to property.
7. Members agree to follow all posted rules, staff instructions, and safety policies.
8. Golf 2 Par reserves the right to modify facility hours, equipment availability, or membership offerings at any time.

4. Cancellation Policy

1. Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice at least 7 days prior to the next billing date.
2. All cancellation notices must be submitted in writing via email to: golf2par@yahoo.com.
3. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. No partial refunds or credits will be issued for unused time.
5. Failure to provide timely notice will result in the next month’s charge being processed as scheduled.

5. Refund Policy

1. All membership fees, once charged, are strictly non-refundable. This includes monthly dues, initiation fees, and prepaid membership hours.
2. No refunds or credits will be issued for:
   • Unused or partially used membership time
   • Failure to use the facility
   • Schedule conflicts
   • Changes in personal circumstances
   • Expired credit hours
   • Member suspension or termination due to rule violations
3. Refunds will only be considered if an error is made by Golf 2 Par, such as:
   • A duplicate charge
   • A processing error
   • A billing amount not consistent with the Member’s selected plan

   In such cases, Golf 2 Par may issue a refund or account credit at its discretion.

4. If the facility experiences unexpected closures, including maintenance or emergencies, Golf 2 Par may, at its discretion, offer:
   • Make-up time
   • Account credit
   • Other reasonable accommodations

   Monetary refunds will not be provided.

5. Members acknowledge and agree that by enrolling in a recurring membership, charges will continue each billing cycle unless properly canceled in accordance with Section 4.

6. Limitation of Liability / Force Majeure

Golf 2 Par shall not be held liable for any delays, interruptions, or failures in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Natural disasters, such as storms, floods, or earthquakes
• Facility closures for maintenance, emergencies, or governmental orders
• Power outages, equipment failures, or other unforeseen circumstances

In such cases, Golf 2 Par may, at its discretion, offer account credit, make-up time, or other reasonable accommodations. Monetary refunds will not be provided.

7. Changes to Membership Terms

Golf 2 Par reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will be available upon request and on the Golf 2 Par website. It is the Member’s responsibility to review the Terms & Conditions periodically. Members will be notified of material changes that affect their membership when possible.

8. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for a membership or using the facility, the Member acknowledges they have read, understand, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
